The Moscow Overhaul Fund has announced 290 tenders to select the contractors to conduct repair work in apartment buildings in the capital of Russia.
The total cost of public contracts exceeds 15 bln roubles, the Fund’s press office told Construction.ru. The tenders and the summarizing of results will take place this month.
After that, the winners will have to start work. Altogether, they will have to repair 1,030 apartment buildings in the capital.
12.2 million residents live within the Moscow city limits and 16.8 million within the urban area. Moscow is one of the world's largest cities, the 15th largest by urban area and the 11th largest by population within the city limits.
