A toll road is planned to be constructed between Domodedovo airport and M-4 Don motorway in the Moscow region.
As the head of the Russian Highways (Avtodor) state corporation, Sergey Kelbach, told reporters on Monday, to this end, the project financing is envisaged, as well as the correlation between private and state investments.
The airport management is interested in road construction, but for that purpose, it needs state financing in the amount of about 10-15%. The facility’s owners are likely to invest between 85% and 90% of the total amount in the project, at the expense of private investment.
Construction of the road with a length of 6,5 kilometers is estimated at up to 12 billion rubles.
