In Moscow, a competition for the purchase of 19 thousand sq.m of the Central Department Store has been announced, with an initial cost of the real estate of 4.3 billion rubles.
As is reported on the government purchases site today, the lot represents the uninhabited buildings and rooms which are located on Petrovka Street in Moscow. The offered area on sale includes the seven-storey department store "Myur and Meriliz", an object of regional cultural heritage value. Applications for participation in the auction are being accepted until April 27th. The selection will take place three days after the closing date for applications.
