The RF President Vladimir Putin has given a start, via conference call, to the construction of a powerful gas processing plant in the Amur region.
As the Kremlin press office reports, the head of state is now at Vostochny Cosmodrome. At the request of the head of Gazprom, Alexei Miller, Putin ordered the first pile of the plant to be hammered in. The president wished the project investors every success.
The new plant will be one of the key objects of the 'Power of Siberia' project. The annual capacity of the plant will be 49 bln m3 of gas.
