The Moscow region governor, Andrei Vorobiev, and the president of the Vietnamese holding TH-True Milk, Thai Hyong, have signed an agreement on the construction of a dairy production factory in the region.
As Construction.ru was told by the press office of the Moscow region government, according to the agreement, cattle-breeding complexes and a dairy farm will be built in the region between 2016 and 2020.
In 2017 the first stage of the complex for 45,000 animals is planned to be put in operation, the construction of the dairy farm is to be completed, and the production output is to start. Vietnamese investors will provide $1bln for milk and dairy product manufacturing.
