As Construction.ru was told by the regional press service, this project was discussed yesterday with the initiator of the investment project, the Danish businessman Jan Hemfri Smith, and the deputy chairman of the government of the area, Vladimir Volkov who arrived in Copenhagen. According to Jan, Penza is, as the leading dairy area in Russia, the most suitable region for construction of the center for the control of milk quality. It will be built with equipment from the FOSS company. The scheme of implementation for this project will soon be ready, and the parties will hold the finishing meeting in Penza.
