The RF government has introduced amendments to the federal roads damage payment laws for vehicles of more than 12 tons from February 29th, 2016.
As stated in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, the toll will be decreased from 3.73 rubles to 1.53 rubles per km. From March 1st, 2016 until December 31st, 2018 a factor of 0.82 will be applied. It will decrease the toll to 3.06 rubles for 1km for that period of time.
This decision will make it possible to create conditions for the balanced development of the transportation industry as a whole.
