The Republic of Karelia’s authorities have signed an agreement with the Backaldrin Holding AG bakery during their visit to Austria.
As the regional press office told Construction.ru, a manufacturing complex for products used in baking and the confectionery industry will be constructed in the republic. The factory will be built on the industrial area in Viartsilia, which is to be created as part of the Federal Target Program of the development of Karelia between now and 2020. Investment volume in the project totals 300m rubles. The construction will be conducted at the expense of the company and will be finished by 2018. JSC Backaldrinvest, an affiliate of Austrian Backaldrin, has been manufacturing products for bakeries on Russian territory since 1996.
