The launch of the first energy generation unit of the Belarus NPP will take place in 2018, according to the schedule.
As stated in the materials on the negotiations between the Presidents of Russia and Belarus in Moscow, the implementation of this huge investment project is being carried out on time.
The construction of the Belarus NPP, with a capacity of 2400 MW, will cost $10 bln. The launch of the first generating unit is designated for 2018 and the second one will be launched in 2020.
