Investors from Bulgaria have taken the decision to build a factory producing Brinsen cheese for $7m.
As the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador for the Republic of Bulgaria, Boiko Kotsev, told journalists, three or four companies are currently considering participating in the project. It will take from six months to a year to launch the plant, which will process 60 tons of milk daily. Also, Kotsev offered to open centers to present goods including foodstuff and wine from Bulgaria in Kuzbass.
