The construction of the “Esipovo” industrial cluster, with a total floor area of 1m m2, will begin soon in the Moscow region.
The deputy chairman of the Moscow regional government, German Elianushkin, told Construction.ru about this. According to the plan, the cost of the work at the construction site of this important object will total about 30 bln rubles. The park’s residents are planning to invest the larger part. The regional authorities will finance the engineering and transportation infrastructure of the new industrial zone. The construction is to be completed by 2020. It will occupy a territory of 340 hectares and will unite two big land lots along the Leningradskoe Highway.
Production and storage facilities, administrative buildings, and business and recreational premises will be constructed on the territory, as well as objects for engineering and transportation infrastructure. Also, a helipad and parking for 983 cars will be built there. The project is to be supervised by JSC “Moscow region development corporation”.
