In June 2016 the first stage of the indoor amusement park with the largest waterpark in Russia, different fairground attractions and a hotel will be put in operation in Novosibirk.

 




The Novosibirsk region governor, Vladimir Gorodetsky, told journalists about this. According to him, the work on the construction site and equipment will cost 6.5 bln rubles. 2.7 bln rubles have already been spent.

In February, a Canadian company will start mounting the technological equipment in the finished premises, and in April commissioning work will begin.  

The waterpark will occupy 35,000 m2, including 11,000 m2 of aqueous area. The builders are going to put it into operation by Novosibirsk Day, celebrated on the last Sunday of June.

It will be both the largest and technologically the best in Russia. Entrance tickets will be the cheapest in Russia – 800 rubles for 3 hours for one person, and disadvantaged groups will have discount tickets.     

The water park will be able to hold up to 3,000 people at the same time. There will be 13 types of waterslides, including an extreme one – Mantana, which currently exists only in Japan.  The complex will also include a hotel with an area of 9,000m2, 150 apartments and a fitness center with a swimming pool and a gym.
