Investors, building in Moscow large health care and sports objects, should receive fringe benefits.
This is what the Mayor of the capital of Russia, Sergey Sobyanin, said at a session of the city government presidium. Additionally, Mr Sobyanin gave an assignment to draft a corresponding bill.
In this connection, Mayor reminded that large complexes are being built in the city, including those scheduled for the World Cup 2018. Sergey Sobyanin expressed his hope that the deputies of the city council will endorse this bill.
On the whole that will positively affect the investment into the social sector of Moscow, stressed Mayor.
Sergey Sobyanin has served as Mayor of Moscow from October 2010 to 5 July 2013, and was re-elected Mayor in September 2013.
