By 2025, by order of the Russian Defense Ministry, 24 production and logistic complexes will have been erected throughout the country, in order to ensure storage of military hardware and material supplies.
The work at these construction sites will be carried out in four military districts and also at the location of the Northern Fleet, the Deputy Defense Minister, Dmitry Bulgakov, told reporters during the course of his working trip to the unit headquarters of the Central Military District.
Private investments might be attracted to help in the erection of these buildings. The production and logistic complexes are intended for the storage of all types of equipment and material supplies, except for weapons, ammunition and missiles.
