An agreement on the construction of a medicine plant on the territory of the “Kaluga” Special Economic Zone has been signed in the Kaluga region.
The “Kaluga” SEZ is located in the Borovsky district.
An investor already possesses a production facility in the city of Obninsk, on the territory of the experimental sector of the Medical Radiological Center of Russian Academy of Science, the regional press office told Construction.RU.
New plant producing high-tech pharmaceutical substances and new medicine will allow to significantly expand the production.
Investments in the project total 450 m roubles. Medicine for central nervous system and brain circulation will be produced here.
The facility is scheduled to be put into operation in three years.
