Radisson Blu Moscow Riverside Hotel&Spa with an area of 65,000 square meters is planned to be built in the northeastern Moscow, say the documents published on Monday on the website of the Moscow Committee for Construction Investment Projects Implementation and Co-Funding Construction Control.
The Urban Planning and Land Commission of Moscow endorsed a corresponding construction project of a development plan for a land plot located at the address: Volokolamskoye highway, 81.
At present, industrial facilities of the JSC Moscow Integrated Plant for Construction Materials with an area of 4,230 square meters are located there. In 2015, a tender for an architectural concept of a future hotel was put out by the enterprise’s order.
