The tenant of a land plot in the “Ochakovo” industrial zone is determined to construct a large warehouse complex. The industrial zone is located northwest of Moscow.
In the “Ochakovo” industrial zone №1, on a sector with an area of more than 1 hectare, warehouses and industrial enterprises are to be situated, the press office of the Moscow Department for Competitive Policy told Construction.RU.
It has been decided to erect buildings of 9,500 m2 and with a height of up to 20 m, as well as a parking lot for 18 cars.
The annual rent of the plot is 20.8m roubles, which exceeds the start-up value by 71.9%. The agreement is for a period of 10 years with the retention the right of prolongation. The full range of work will take over two years.
The “Ochakovo” industrial zone is located near the Moscow Ring Road, the Mozhaiskoye Highway, Michurinsky Prospect and railway lines.
