Selgros, a retailer company, plans to invest over 1 billion rubles ($15,4 million) in construction of a new trade center in the Russian city of Samara, the statement released by the company reads.
A facility with an area of 10,000 square meters will be erected in Samara, the city situated in the southeastern part of European Russia. The project is scheduled to be implemented over the course of two years.
Earlier, a director general of the company’s Russia branch, Michael Zipfel, said that Selgros intended to expand its network in Russia up to 20 stores by the year 2020. The retailer is targeted both at “professional” (individual wholesale) buyers and retail clients.
