“Sputnik” residential compound with an area of 900,000 square meters to be built in Razdory Odintsovskogo village near Moscow.
As Construction.RU was told today by the builder’s press office, the company has received a permit for construction of the first phase of the project.
The first phase includes three buildings with the height of 33 storeys at a common stylobate and an underground parking with a total area of 124,000 square meters.
The design envisages construction of 1491 apartments in the area of 63,000 square meters. A 13,400 square-meter underground parking is planned to house 458 cars. Also, 22 offices and 714 storehouses are also provided by the project.
