By 2021, a hotel complex for 180 rooms is planned to be erected in the vicinity of Savyolov railroad station located in Moscow, the project director of “Savyolov” transfer hub, Dmitry Ivanov, told reporters on Monday.
“Within the framework of “Savyolov” transfer hub, five stops for ground urban transport and a pedestrian undercrossing are envisaged. The area of the pedestrian undercrossing is above a thousand of square meters. The Savyolov railroad station’s square is scheduled to be reconstructed in 2018. Now, a corresponding documentation is being developed,” said Ivanov.
According to him, construction of a 180-room hotel complex with an underground parking lot is to be built at the second stage. The building with a total area of 13,000 square meters will have 15 storeys.
