Finnish YIT invests €17m in district development near St. Petersburg

YIT, a Finland-based construction company, started the third stage of the project for the development of a region located in the town of Pushkin, near St. Petersburg, Russia.




A total amount of investments is estimated at 17 million euro, RIA Novosti reports citing the company’s message.

“The third phase includes construction of about 250 apartments in the southern part of Pushkino with a total area of 10.5 thousand square meters for approximately 17 million euro. It is assumed that the project will be completed within the last quarter of 2018”, - as it is stated in the message.

As a reference, YIT company with headquarters in Helsinki, Finland, provides services for the design, construction and maintenance of buildings, industrial plants, commercial complexes and telecommunication networks in Northern and Central Europe, the Baltics and in Russia.
