YIT Saint Petersburg company, a subsidiary of Finnish construction YIT Group of Companies, acquired a plot of land for the construction of a residential compound of a comfort class in the Primorsky district in the Russian city of Saint Petersburg.
A total area of the residential compound amounts to approximately 40,000 square meters. A 2,4-hectare plot of land is located at the following address: Studencheskaya Street, 24 A, in the vicinity to “Chyornaya Rechka” metro station.
The height of the buildings is 11 storeys. Apart from residential and commercial spaces, a nursery school and a parking lot are planned to be constructed there as a part of the complex.
The new residential compound is scheduled to be put in operation in the first half of the year 2018.
