The Moscow city authorities approved a project for site layout on a plot of land with an area of 34,2 hectares, which is situated on the territory of Beskudnikovo industrial zone in northern Moscow.
As Construction.RU was told today by the press office of the Moscow Committee for Construction Investment Projects and Co-Funding Construction, the investor plans to erect there a large residential neighborhood with social infrastructure, as well as office premises.
Housing is planned to be built there for 260,000 apartments, 65,000 square meters of offices, as well as social facilities, including a nursery school for 270 beds.
The project implementation will allow to create over 3,000 new jobs in the region.
