The authorities of Rostov-on-Don, a port city and the administrative center of the Southern Federal District of Russia, plan the construction of a specialized marketplace.
The market place will be located in the Kirov district of the city. As Construction.RU was told today by the city press office, a potential investor applied to the regional administration with a business offer to build a fish market place on the Don River’s embankment.
The investor presented to the authorities a rough sketch of future “Shamaika fish market Trade exhibition center”.
Now, the investor has to select a plot of land to establish a construction site there, submit a business offer for approval, as well as a road map and investment certificate of the object.
