Investments in the opening of Radisson Blu Hotel in the Russian city of Rostov-on-Don will exceed 600 million roubles (approximately $10,7 million), the general director of Group Agrokom, the hotel’s owner, Sergey Sapotnitsky, told reporters on Thursday.
According to him, 300 million rubles will be spent directly on the hotel’s renovation of the hotel.
“At the beginning we thought that 120-150 million rubles would be enough, but eventually it has turned out that we will not be able to meet 300,000 either. The matter concerns repair work, and 600 million rubles is the amount including the acquisition,” Sapotnitsky noted.
He also added that the opening of the hotel was scheduled for July of this year.
