Investment in construction of Belokurikha-2 tourist cluster in the Altai region of Russia will reach 898 million rubles ($14 million) this year, the region’s vice-governor Nikolay Chinyakov told reporters on Monday.
“The construction site of Belokurikha-2 is being actively developed. This year, 429 million rubles of extra-budgetary investments have been attracted there”, said Mr. Chinyakov, adding that the volume of budgetary funds invested in the territory amounted to 469 million roubles.
At present, the regional authorities are carrying out negotiations with two new residents willing to build a restaurant and small hotel complex. “The volume of investments into the project are estimated at from 250 to 400 million rubles,” – he specified.
