On Friday, Nice Corporation, JSC DSK and Voronezh State University of Architecture and Construction signed a contract for construction of a “smart house” in the Russia city of Voronezh.
The agreement was reached within the framework of Russian-Japanese cooperation, Interfax news agency reports on Tuesday.
By June of 2017, a “smart house” is expected to be constructed upon Japanese technologies in the territory of the University’s campus with the address at 20-let Oktyabrya Street. Apartments of the “smart houses” will provide environmentally friendly finishing and health sensors, which react to pressure increase or temperature of tenants.
As Japanese Minister for Development of Economic Cooperation with Russia Hiroshige Seko said, a total of five pilot projects for the creation of a comfortable urban environment are planned to be implemented in Voronezh by Japanese experts.
