An apartment complex designed in the style of Stalin's Empire with a total area of 99,080 square meters is planned to be built in the village of Rasskazovka located in the territory recently adjoined to Moscow.
This is what Construction.RU was told by the press office of the Moscow Architecture State Committee, which has approved the first stage of the complex construction. In particular, the matter concerns the construction of two houses with a total area of 46,412 and 52,663 square meters.
The buildings’ facades will have a clear-cut three-part division, bases and Attica. Such as solution for facades was based on the style of a so-called Stalin’s architecture of 1940-50s.
These houses of 9 and 11 storeys will be organized in a traditional quarter with landscaped internal courts.
