Evraz Holding, one of the world’s largest steel making company owned in part by Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich, has found a buyer for one of its Ukrainian assets.




DCH group headed by Ukrainian businessman Alexander Yaroslavsky has agreed to buy the iron ore mine for $110 million.

Mining and metallurgical company Evraz owned by Roman Abramovich, Alexander Abramov, Alexander Frolov and Yevgeny Shvidler agreed to sell a Ukrainian producer of iron ore, Evraz Sukhaya Balka to DCH group belonging to a Ukrainian businessman Alexander Yaroslavsky, the company’s report says. The amount of $110-million transaction can be adjusted “with consideration for the current data on a working capital and the enterprise’s debt,” the company states.
