A site for the construction of another polymer processing plant has been selected in the city of Dzerzhinsk located in the Nizhny Novgorod region, Russia.
As Construction.RU was told today by the press office of the regional Ministry of Investment, Land and Property Affairs, a plot of land with the area of 53,655 square meters located at Igumnovskoye highway, 5E is decided to be allotted to the plant construction.
An auction for the right to conclude rental contracts is scheduled for the 29th of May. An initial amount of rent payments for the plot of land is established at 2,458 million rubles.
Also, the developer will have to carry out the improvement and landscaping of the area in case the trees are cut.
