Gelendzhik Golf Resort company plans to build a golf club in Gelendzhik, a resort town in Russia located at the Black Sea, as it follows from a report released by the press office of the regional administration.




The company is going to invest 2 billion rubles ($35 million) in the project. The agreement on the project implementation was signed by the authorities of the Krasnodar region and Gelendzhik Golf Resort at 2017 St Petersburg International Economic Forum.

This will become the first outdoor golf club in the territory of the Black Sea coastlines. The project provides for construction of 18 holes of the championship level for amateur and professional tournaments, as well as multi-functional Golf Academy with a training area.
