The Russian Federation has agreed with Indonesia a contract for supplies of Sukhoi SU-35 aircraft, however, the contract’s details have not been revealed yet, the head of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation Dmitry Shugaev told reporters on the first day of the international aerospace salon in Le Bourget.
“Indeed, the contract has been agreed upon. I hope for its signing, but I can't name the date out of superstition,” Mr. Shugaev specified.
According to him, at present, the negotiations are underway. “They are at the advanced stage of development,” Dmitry Shugaev added.
As a reference, SU-35 aircraft is a single-seat, twin-engine, supermaneuverable multirole fighter, designed by Sukhoi Group.
