A children’s hockey school in honor of the legendary hockey player, two-time Olympic champion Vyacheslav Fetisov will open in Magas, the city of the Republic of Ingushetia, Russia, Interfax news agency reports on Wednesday with a reference to informed sources in the regional government.




The school will operate on the premises of Ice Palace designed to house 500 people.

This is a new and unusual building for the Republic of Ingushetia, which will host not only sport events, but also various activities of the Republican, all-Russian and international importance. An audience hall of the Ice Palace has a capacity of 500 seats, with a VIP box for guests of honor. Apart from that, there will be an administrative building and auxiliary facilities.
