A city council of Naberezhnye Chelny located in the Russian Republic of Tatarstan has approved on Wednesday a project for construction of a second Lenta hypermarket.
As Construction.RU was told by the press office of the regional administration, a huge retail complex is planned to be erected in the territory of a former bus terminal located in the village of Zyab.
A retail area of a new hypermarket will amount to 4800 square meters. Apart from that, a parking space for 430 cars and a pedestrian path with the width of 9 meters have been envisaged by the plan.
The hypermarket is expected to be completed in spring next year.
