The Ekaterinburg authorities are holding public hearing on the issue of a “Lenta” hypermarket construction.
This is a postponed hearing, since the first session didn’t take place because the hall was not large enough for all of those wishing to participate, the regional Construction Ministry told Construction.ru.
The facility is planned to be built at the intersection of Akademician Sakharov Street, Ryabinin Street and Verkhneufaleyska
The total area of the multi-functional complex will amount to 17,520.08 m2, and the retail space will cover 7,000 m2.
In addition, an open air parking lot for 324 cars is projected to be built there also. The hypermarket construction is to be completed as early as December 2016.
