“Kievskoye” Attestation Agency has finally received a permit issued by Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee to build Leroy Merlin hypermarket in the district, newly adjoined to the capital city of Russia.
The work at the construction site located at the address: district №20а in Kartmazovo village, Novomoskovsky autonomous district, will be carried out at the expense of investor, the Committee’s president, Oleg Antosenko, told Construction.RU.
The total area of the future hypermarket will amount to 17,500 sq.m.
In addition, a parking lot for 935 cars, street retail pavilion and utility facilities are envisaged by the plan.
Commissioning of the new object is scheduled for 2018.
