Apartment house of a pre-revolutionary construction located within the Garden Ring Road in Moscow has been put on auction, the press office of the city department for competition policy reports on Monday.
The document says that the building near Pushkin Square was built in 1911 by architect A. N. Seligson.
The matter concerns non-residential facilities with a total area of 4,500 square meters, located in a six-story building with a basement at the address: Uspensky pereulok, 10, bld 1.
The property is in the ownership of the Moscow city administration. The building requires repairs.
Initial cost of the lot is 698,1 million rubles (about $12 million). Bidding applications are accepted until July 25 this year, the auction is scheduled for August 2.
