The complex of buildings of industrial and warehouse purpose with a total area of 2,000 square meters was put on an electronic auction in the Khovrino district, located in northern Moscow, the press service of the Moscow Competition Policy Department said on Thursday.
Four buildings – three premises for production purposes with an area of 465 square meters, 354 square meters and 270 square meters and a warehouse with an area of 1,000 square meters have been put on auction as a single lot.
The buildings have a different depreciation rate but all require renovation. The facilities are connected to all utility networks.
Initial cost of the lot is 45 million rubles ($751,378). Bidding is scheduled for July 26 this year.
