The cost of the most expensive offer in the primary housing market of the Central administrative district of Moscow amounts to $62,8 million, according to a joint press release by agencies of Savills and Contact Real Estate.
A record lot with an area of 1,200 square meters was put up for sale in one of the projects in the Tver district. As specified, the cost of the most expensive lot is four times more than it was the year before.
A penthouse with an area of 1,500 square meters located in The Moscow City international business center is ranked second and is estimated at $33.6 million. The third place belongs to a penthouse with an area of almost 500 square meters, which is sold for $29 million in a club house situated in the Ostozhenka district.
According to the survey, the cost of the five most expensive apartments in the primary market of central Moscow exceeds $153 million.
