Siemens AG has filed lawsuits over the supply of its gas turbines to the Crimea, a statement released by the German company says.
On July 11, the company filed a lawsuit to the Moscow Arbitration Court, the defendants in the case are three legal entities: OJSC Foreign Economic Association Technopromexport, LLC Siemens Gas Turbine Technology, JSC Foreign Economic Association Technopromexport.
As it became known, Siemens AG has no material claims have been asserted, according to the court’s filing.
“Siemens has filed lawsuits to prevent further supplies to the Crimea and return previously supplied equipment to the original place of its destination – Taman. The lawsuits were filed in Moscow,” the message reads.
