The Main Department for Architecture and Urban Development of the Russian city of Yekaterinburg has agreed a project for construction of the first building of “Tsvetnoi Bulvar” housing complex in Pionersky neighborhood.
As Construction.RU was told by the developer’s press office, construction activities at a site located between the streets of Sovetskaya, Sulimova, Danily Zvereva and Blykhera will start at the end of July this summer.
Housing complex consists of nine residential buildings with the height between 6 and 33 storeys. The area of apartments and non-residential premises is over 120,000 square meters.
The first floors will house shops, offices, chemists. The project also envisages the creation of a parking space for local residents.
