A factory producing L'Etoile cosmetics is planned to be built near Shcherbinka, in New Moscow, the head of the Department of New Territories Development of the Russian capital city, Vladimir Zhidkin, told Interfax on Thursday.
“An investor has acquired a small plot of land with an area of 4 hectares near Shcherbinka. It is planned to located a L'Etoile plant there”, Mr. Zhidkin announced.
He has noted that the site of a future plant will be situated near a railway and highways.
“At present, a planning documentation is being developed, therefore, it is too early to talk about specific volumes of production and the timing of construction,” Vladimir Zhidkin said.
