Rostelecom JSC has tendered two non-residential houses in the historical centre of Moscow. The initial cost of the houses is 452 m roubles (≈$7.5m), according to the press release of the company.
The objects are located in Bolshoi Karetny side-street, 22, buildings 2 and 4. Their total area is about1,000 square meters.
The tender will take place on August 12th.
№ 22, Bolshoi Karetny, is a historical monument. Formerly it belonged to the Muravievs family. Alexander Pushkin, the famous Russian poet and writer met there with Alexandra Muravieva, the sister of Decemberist Chernyshev and the wife of Decemberist Muraviev, on her way to Siberia where she followed her husband.
