The Syrian Military Housing Establishment has offered Russian building companies a number of projects for the construction of housing and a production enterprise, Russian news agencies reported on Friday.
This statement was made by Director General of the Syrian company Military Housing Establishment Zuhair Khazeim at the Yalta International Economic Forum which is held now in the Crimea. According to him, the company is considering the possibility of cooperation with Russian developers Stroitech and MonolitSpetsstroy.
Mr. Khazeim has noted that currently, the negotiations are underway on the issue of joint implementation of projects for the construction of residential buildings in Syria, as well as a plant for the production of basalt lines. He has stressed that the construction is planned to be carried out throughout the country but has named Damascus, Aleppo, and Homs among the priority regions.
