We should remind you that on 25 March 2018, a fire erupted at the Winter Cherry shopping and entertainment center in the Russian city of Kemerovo, with a death toll amounting to at least 60 people. The fire started on the top floor of the 4-story building, forcing people to jump from windows to escape it.
