A hotel of the Japanese operator will be located on the 1-st Krasnoselsky Pereulok, near Krasnoselskaya metro station in the capital city of Russia, the Moscow authorities reported on Monday.
The commissioner of the project, which completion is scheduled for 2020, is the Japanese company Toyoko. In the near future, the Japanese hotel operator expects to receive a permit for the facility construction and is going to embark on the building activities in the spring of 2019. The hotel construction will be carried out by the Russian company Krasnoselskaya, which is currently preparing an application for a certificate of approval of the architectural and town-planning solution of the capital construction project.
The total floor area of the hotel, located on a plot of land of 0.3 hectares, will be about 11,000 square meters. As a reference, it will be the first hotel of Toyoko Inn in Moscow.
