Hines, an American fund, intends to build an outlet at Novorizhskoe highway with a total area of 27,000 square meters.
As Kommersant newspaper reported on Thursday, earlier Hines planned to build such a facility at Kievskoye highway, but subsequently abandoned this idea due to the high level of competition. The project to build an outlet at Novorizhskoe highway will be implemented by the Americans jointly by entrepreneur Igor Rubiner, who owns the plot of land.
The building will be located five kilometers from Moscow Ring Road. Hines, which deals with a commercial real estate in Russia, will carry out development on this site. Within the first phase, more than a hundred shops will be built.
