On Friday, a 5-star hotel of the Lotte hotel network from South Korea will open in Samara, Interfax news agency reports with reference to the hotel’s press service.
Lotte Hotel is built in the historical center of Samara, near Kuibyshev Square. The hotel has 193 rooms, La Terrazza restaurant and twelve conference rooms with a total capacity of approximately 1,400 people. In addition, the building has a fitness center, a spa facility and a panoramic swimming pool.
Construction of the hotel started three years ago. Then, the volume of investment in the project was estimated at 5 billion rubles.
Today it is the third hotel of Lotte Hotels & Resorts network in Russia. The company was founded in Tokyo, but since the 60's it has been operating in Seoul.
