A logistics complex with a total area of ​​30,000 square meters is planned to be built in Khabarovsk, a city located in the Russian Far East.




10,000 square meters of the total area is the usable area. Workers have already started construction activities on a site situated in Avangard industrial park, where the facility will be erected. The first two phases of the project will be implemented in accordance with the built-to-suit scheme.

The concept of this large-scale warehouse was developed by Knight Frank. As specialists note, this is one of the largest projects in Russian Far East in recent years. The logistics complex is planned to be commissioned early next year.

A total area of ​​Avangard industrial park amounts to 47 hectares.
