A residential tower of 44 floors will appear in the harbor of the second largest city in Denmark.

In May 2018, the developer NorCap was granted a permit to purchase a plot of land from the authorities of Aarhus for the purpose of developing a project under the name of Lighthouse. A new 146-meter high-rise will appear next to the two existing buildings within the project, with eight and ten floors. They were completed in 2012 by local architects from 3XN Bureau.

The second phase of the construction involves building a high-rise residential tower under the project of the same architectural bureau. It will be launched as early as this year and is planned to be completed in 2021. The work will be carried out by the leading Danish company Aarsleff, while engineering management - by the Danish company Ramboll.
